Remy hair is higher quality hair because of the way it is gathered and processed. Remy hair is still human hair and it is naturally sleek, shiny and smooth and will remain this way longer than regular hair. Since all its cuticles are kept intact and point in the same direction there will be less tangling and matting.
How long my hair system last ?
This is very difficult to answer as it depends on the base design of the hair system and how well the wearer looks after their hair system. In short, the more natural the appearance of the hair system, the shorter the lifespan.Here are the lifespans of certain types of hair systems for your reference: • 1 - 2 months for 0.03mm ultra - thin skin hair systems and swiss lace hair systems • 2 - 4 months for 0.06 - 0.08mm super thin skin hair systems and French lace hair systems • 4 - 6 months for 0.10 - 0.15mm thin skin hair systems and mono hair systems • +6 months for NPU hair systems
Will the lace match my skin color?
Yes, the default color of the lace material we use is 'flesh' that is suitable for all skin types. It will be invisible-like regardless of your skin color. However, you can select from brown and black lace for custom orders.
How do you attach a hair system?
This is a skill that will require time and patience but it will get easier with time. The basic steps can be summarized as follows: 1. Shave the part of your head where you will wear your hair system and shampoo the scalp 2. Apply tape to the base of the hair system or glue to your scalp 3. Secure the hair system to your head.
How do you remove a hair system?
Simply take some citrus-oil-based or alcohol-based solvent remover and spray it around the perimeter of the hair system or wherever you applied tape or glue. After a couple of minutes, the adhesive will loosen and you will then be able to remove your hair system. Is shipping free?
For hair system accessory orders that weigh less than 0.5kg there will be a shipping charge of $29.90. Each additional 0.5kg will cost an extra $10. So, order your accessories along with your hair systems.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, but we cannot refund you if the hair system has been worn or altered or if the hair has been cut, styled, washed, or colored.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes around one week wherever you are and often takes just 3-5 business days. For some special regions, we will use other express or postal services and the shipping time will be subject to the particular situation.
Can I swim, shower, or sleep or ride a motorbike with my hair system on?
Absolutely! You can do all of these activities and much more. Wearing a hair system shouldn't stop you from doing anything. Just be aware that when it comes to swimming in pools, the chlorine can be harmful to the hair and make it drier. So, we would recommend you deep condition the hair after you go swimming to help revitalize the hair.
How do I place a stock order ?
Simply order the hair system directly from its product page. Select all available options available such as hair color and base size as well as any additional services. You will be directed to the payment page.
Can you repair my existing hair system even though it was purchased elsewhere?
If it is repairable, we will be happy to repair it. Please share your hair system photos with customer service first. Customer service will do a preliminary check based on the photos. Whether we then invite you to send us your hair system will depend on its condition. Be aware that this service can take time so please ensure you have other hair systems available for use.
